    Water Rates in Big Stone

From what I have been told it is going to become a great deal more expensive to get water in your house. Going up 58%. My bill is already outrageous and now it is getting worse. My bill was 112 this month and is getting ready to double next. Thought gas was bad.

I know, figured we would be paying for George's "blunder" up at big Cherry sooner or later.

The bill that you receive includes water, sewer, and garbage pick-up. Only water is going up. That said the total cost for household in B.S.G. is outrageous.

The result of years of mismanagement and some short term bad luck. The mismanagement is a result of a sort of bizarre inter-clique nepotism that reminds me of the political machines of Chicago and New York which ran for several generations, only ours has lasted a little over a century.

If I were looking to buy a house there is no way I would buy one in the town limits of BSG. Put me outside the town limits and watch me save, save, save!

What do you expect when you're treating twice as much water as you're selling?
